Tubeline Plumbing was started in 1992 by Matt and Debbie Stevenson. They created a company culture regarded by some as having the best quality of work in the area.
In 2019 Marty Carpenter stepped in to take over Tubeline Plumbing. Marty was the last apprentice to be signed off by Tubeline Plumbing in 2012.
Since 2019 we have focused on keeping the Tubeline legacy alive by providing our customers with top-level work with a great customer experience.
In 2019 we went through what most small businesses do in that we were trying to do everything we could. We started to notice that appointments were getting missed, work was being rushed, and our customers weren’t getting the level of service they deserved. We got to the point where it all got a bit too much, and in 2021 we sat down and focused on what mattered to us most.
We started to use technology to make our customer experience as seamless as possible; we send arrival notifications to our customers when our tradespeople are on the way. We provide fixed price quotes to ensure no surprise bills and offer 0% interest payment plans to help out when unexpected problems arise.
We value individuals who show up with positivity, we get stuck into our work with energy and enthusiasm, and the glass is always half full.
We take the time to do it right the first time, we check and recheck our work to make sure it is spot on, and we sleep well at night knowing the little things are done right.
